How can you not like a brewery inside a former city jail?

   Seaside Brewery, founded in 2012, preserved the original wood floors and brick walls, and boasts that much of its building materials were reclaimed locally. The adjoining brewpub offers a full menu, from BBQ to fish tacos. There are plenty of beers to choose from, including the well-hopped and aptly named Lockup IPA.

   “We believe that the only thing in the world better than drinking Oregon brewed craft beer,” the brewery says on its website, “is drinking OREGON COAST brewed craft beer in an amazing place like Seaside.”
