Newport-based Rogue Ales opened its Astoria brewpub in July 2007, converting a space that had once housed the Bumble Bee cannery.

    Popular with locals and tourists alike, the brewpub is perched on Pier 39 and boasts magnificent Columbia River views to go along with a full restaurant menu and diverse beer list.

    There is no brewing on the premises, however.
